How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please refer to the table mentioned below for both domestic and international orders. From the time of order placed, it takes about 3-4 days for domestic orders and 7-14 days for international orders to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at customerservices@conquerfearclothing.com, and we will work to resolve any issues.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email that includes the courier's name and the tracking number. You can use these details to track your order.

What happens if I’m not there to receive my parcel?

You will have different options depending on the courier delivering your item. They may leave your parcel in a safe place or deliver it to a neighbour.  Alternatively, the courier will provide you with options for re-delivery/collection. Please refer to your tracking number and/or communications from the courier for more information.

What are the countries you ship to and when can I receive my order?

We deliver to the UK, across Europe and other countries internationally. Please see the table below for up to date information.

Will I have to pay customs taxes/charges?

Depending on the country your parcel is being delivered to, customs taxes/charges may need to be paid to your local customs office once your parcel enters your country. Any customs taxes/charges will need to be paid by you.

If the customs taxes/charges are not paid, and the parcel is returned to Conquer Fear Clothing, a shipping/handling fee may be deducted from your refund. Please get in touch with your local customs office for more information.

How do I change my delivery information?

You won't be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed. Fret not, drop us a message and we'll do whatever we can to help.

Just a heads up — shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments but we promise we'll always try our best to minimise this.

If we're too late and your order gets delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. So contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments, we don't want your order to land in the wrong hands!

All delivery times exclude UK bank holidays and any clearance/customer delays. Please note that COVID-19 travel restrictions may cause service disruptions in serving international orders.

Some countries outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs and import fees, which are outside of our control and which you may be required to pay.
