What is the return policy on Conquer Fear Clothing?

Most of our products are eligible for return and replacements for domestic orders. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We offer an exchange or refund if the product is unused, has all tags attached, and remains in its original condition (including packaging and labelling).

 

Exchange

If you have changed your mind about the product, we offer a goodwill guarantee which gives you 14 days after you have received your order (unless stated otherwise on our website) to contact us at customerservices@conquerfearclothing.com to request an exchange. Exchange is offered for UK customers only. 

 

Refund

If you change your mind and would like a refund, you have 14 days after you have received your order (unless stated otherwise on our website) to contact us at customerservices@conquerfearclothing.com to request a refund. We will provide you with the necessary information in those circumstances. Refunds are offered to all customers.

Suppose your products are split into several deliveries over different days. In that case, you have until 14 days (unless stated otherwise on our website) after the day you (or someone at your delivery address) receives the last delivery, to contact us at customerservices@conquerfearclothing.com to request a refund or exchange. We will provide you with the necessary information in those circumstances.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order by writing to us at customerservices@conquerfearclothing.com.

Conquer Fear Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

Relevant monies will be returned to the bank account/credit card/debit card from where the payment was made.

 

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. Please do note that some items are not returnable or exchangeable. You will find more information about that in our terms and conditions.

 

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request an exchange by contacting us within 14 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are offered to UK customers only. We will try our best to help you with any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. If the size you have requested is not available, we will offer you the option to return the product instead.

 

Are you delivering as usual despite COVID?

Yes, we are receiving and shipping orders across the globe. There may be minor delays in delivering internationally. However, we will communicate any significant delays using the email address you have provided in such a case.

 

How do I know if what I’ve ordered will fit me?

Further information on the sizes for each item has been detailed in the description section of each product page and the size guide(s).

 

Can I return/exchange an item purchased using a promo code?

Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions. If your order is eligible for returns, the total amount you've paid will be returned to the bank account/credit card/debit card from which the payment was made.

 

What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

We'll drop you an email once we've processed your parcel and will have to return your order to you. You'll be responsible for re-delivery fees incurred under such circumstances. We'll advise on the return fees and re-delivery fees incurred. If you are unsure of an item's eligibility to be returned, please check your order details.
